2. Counter-Notification (If You Believe Content Was Wrongfully Removed)

Your Contact Information – Full name, email, phone number.

Identification of Removed Content – The URL(s) of the removed content and a description of why it was removed mistakenly.

A Statement of Good Faith – A declaration that you believe the removal was a mistake or that you have authorization to use the content.

A Consent Statement – A statement agreeing to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your location and acceptance of service from the complaining party.

Your Signature – A physical or electronic signature.

3. Actions Taken by PikBlog

Once a valid DMCA notice is received, we will:

✔ Review the complaint and, if valid, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

✔ Notify the user responsible for the content about the takedown.

✔ If a counter-notification is submitted, review it and potentially restore the content if no further legal action is taken.

PikBlog reserves the right to terminate users who are repeat copyright infringers.
